The BMC_FederatedKeyLink class relates instances of CDM classes (for example, a BMC_Application instance) to instances of BMC_FederatedProduct. Use BMC_FederatedKeyLink relationships to federate data from BMC Atrium CMDB by using foreign key substitution. An instance of this class specifies the foreign key that identifies a particular configuration item (CI) within a particular federated product, enabling any federated interface to that product to find the right information when called from that CI. Because an instance of this class is required for each CI instance that uses foreign key substitution, be careful to create, modify, or delete the instance when you create, modify, or delete the CI. This class has no corresponding DMTF CIM class.
