The BMC_CIToConfigBaseRelationship class is the base class for relating configuration item (CI) instances to instances of the core configuration classes (subclasses of BMC_ConfigBaseElement). In the current version, this base class has only two subclasses, which both pertain to federation. This class has no corresponding DMTF CIM class.
