During integration work on Remedy based installations we have developed some of our tools into flexible, generic standalone software solutions. You can download and evaluate for free:

• XML Gateway: a complete enterprise integration hub implemented in Java, providing an XML-based interface to the Remedy AR System and CMDB, any (JDBC-supported) SQL database, and directory services (LDAP/Active Directory).
• SSO Plugin: a generic, widely interoperable single sign-on implementation for the AR System Midtier.

Core XML Gateway functionality is also available free to all in the XML Gateway Community Edition.
