About JSS

Java System Solutions was formed in 2003 by a group of consultants from a variety of backgrounds with the aim to provide effective business solutions - on time and on budget.

Our founding members have a wide range of technical expertise in a variety of disciplines, coupled with project management skills drawn from many years of experience working within London's investment banking sector.

We also have a huge deal of experience working with the Remedy AR System, developing many integrations and single sign on solutions within this niche market. Our consultants have a deep understanding of the internal Remedy programming interfaces; as such, we are uniquely positioned to provide competitive solutions in the Remedy marketplace.

Our flagship XML Gateway product was produced to fill a gap in the Remedy ecosystem for a high-quality reliable J2EE XML platform, and is the foundation for many successful integration projects. The product soon grew beyond the AR System into a generic messaging hub capable of sourcing data from any SQL database through XML based instructions.

To deliver the maximum benefit to a business, we always work closely with the customer ensuring we involve them in all aspects of the decision making process. The result of a close partnership is a solution that integrates with the business processes, as opposed to one that interferes with those processes.
